Who thought sushi sold out of a trailer could be this good? This is definitely not your garden variety sushi from HEB or Central Market. The food tastes like it was made at a 5 star restaurant. Even before you eat the sushi it looks fantastic, and the variety of sushi makes their menu seem like a bouquet of flowers. The dynamite roll does not taste like any other tuna sushi roll in Austin, the flavors in this are so much more exotic. The employees make the sushi before your eyes from fresh ingredients that were chosen from the owner’s family recipe. Kayo Asazu is the owner/manager of Sushi-A-Go-Go and her husband is one of the chefs. They have two locations, one trailer on Airport Blvd. and another on Barton Springs. So as you are heading over to Barton Springs for a swim you can stop by and grab some delicious sushi. Another cool unique feature about this trailer that cannot be matched by any other is the sushi cakes. 7” of sushi magic, which looks and tastes better than any other cake you could get. With a multitude of ingredients it will be the yummiest and prettiest thing you’ve ever eaten. This is a trailer that you must go to, it serves delicious, pretty food. What’s not to like?
